DOLLS are felt, wool, or sealed with acrylic. Wipe surface clean, protect from moisture, animals and small children.

PYSANKY EGGS are real blown eggs and should be displayed on a cushioned surface or in an egg cup/stand and kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

DOLL HOSPITAL - I will happily attempt to repair a doll from my shop that has suffered an accident. Please send a "Convo" to discuss repair and arrange the doll's return. Depending on the damage, a fee may be charged. If a doll has been damaged beyond repair, I will happily offer a discount toward another purchase from this shop

CUSTOM/BESPOKE DESIGNS are a delight! If you would like me to create a unique doll, ornament, miniature fairy dress or mixed media sculpture, send a "Convo" or click the "Request a Custom Order" link on the item page you would like altered. After an email exchange, I might be able to produce a custom listing for you! Payment is usually due before creation. Item is not shipped until you approve photos of the final creation.

GIFT WRAP - Most items are shipped in gift boxes. If you would like items wrapped as a gift with a selection of ribbon color and seasonal embellishments, purchase the Gift Wrap Item in this shop for each purchase you would like wrapped separately.

EGGS - will ship in sturdy containers to prevent crushing. A blown egg is very lightweight; with proper cushioning, normal handling of the package will not cause cracking or crushing.

Please be careful when removing your eggs from the shipping container. A blown egg is as lightweight as the tissue paper surrounding it. Make sure it cannot be dropped onto a hard surface when you are handling it.

Items shipped USPS First Class, unless you request otherwise.
International Shipments generally take 2 - 3 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any fees associated with receiving international mail: VAT (value added tax) and customs fees.
I can provide an estimate based on your purchase total plus shipping cost and your country of residence.

Purchases over $50 for shipment within US are automatically insured. If lost or damaged in shipment, I will work with you to file a claim with the USPS. In the event of damage, the shipping container, all packing materials, and items shipped must be presented to an US Post Office agent near you within 48 hours of receiving the package in order to start the insurance claim process.

If an uninsured item is broken upon receipt, please send this shop a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. I will refund your purchase price and the cost of the original shipping to your Paypal or other account, or replace item.
